We can send you a registration form to complete, or pop in and meet us to have a quick look around. (Email to book ahead)

Return your completed form to us and we will complete your registration

We will return a copy of your booking form to you with our Welcome pack, that has all the relevant information you will need, including your monthly fees payment and start date.

Guaranteed Fees are due on the first of each month and must be received by the 3rd to continue your place. You can pay by direct payment to the bank details on your registration form.

A monthly Invoice will be emailed to you prior to the 1st of each month.

Payments are due once your requested places have been confirmed. Payment details will be on your confirmation Email. Once reserved, you cannot swop the sessions and no refund will be given.

How are my Guaranteed place fees worked out?

We calculate your weekly fees by the number of school weeks your child will attend, and divide them by how many months are left till the end of the school year.

(Max payable 1st September - 1st July)

This means your fees don't alter each month, unless you change your sessions. Monthly fees are usually less than expected.

We need as much notice as possible to book our vacant sessions. Most parents will book monthly sessions in advance. We finalise our weekly registers every Friday for the coming week, to make sure adequate staff are present to adhere to the correct ratios.

We can take emergency last minute pick ups, if we have vacancies and the correct staff are on shift.
